The Slammer
One of my favouites, the plain old slammer!
Pour the tequila into a sturdy shot glass. Add the lemonade or 7up.
Cover with a beermat or your hand, slam down onto bar and knock it straight back. The drink should turn fizzy and a cloudly colour.
